Shuttles & Transportation at Tulane University provides group transportation for a variety of university sanctioned activities, classes, departments, and organizations. Additionally, individual ride requests are provided for students enrolled in a course with a service learning component and an internship for academic credit through the Center for Public Service, and the Federal Work Study program through the Office of Human Resources. All local/individual ground transportation requests must be made through this rides.tulane.edu website. Ride requests may be made as far ahead as desired within the current academic semester but must be made at least 3 working days (not including university recognized holidays/weekends) in advance of the trip date. Click here for day by day breakdown of ride request validation rules. Individual transportation is not available on Sundays or on university recognized holidays/closures. Recurring ride requests are encouraged when possible. Transportation is round trip ONLY (Departmental Charter Transportation excluded). If Shuttles & Transportation brings you to a partner/destination site, Shuttles & Transportation MUST bring you back to campus.

Please have ALL of the required information when submitting the ride request, including accurate number of passengers and destination addresses.
